My Oregon Real Estate Buyer’s Guide

I am incredibly grateful for the opportunity to talk with you about your home buying goals. There are many parts of working in Oregon real estate that I love but one of the most gratifying is helping folks purchase their first or next home!

I’d like to share with you my “Buyer’s Guide”. This guide will tell you about what I think are the five most important aspects of home buying, which has grown out of my experiences helping buyers over the years. We will refer to it during our first conversation and continually throughout the process. I want to share with you everything you need to buy a piece of real estate in Oregon.

The Five Most Important Aspects Of Buying Oregon Real Estate

In our initial buyer consultation, we will dive in to the five most important aspects of buying a home:

ACCESSING PRIOR LEARNING: Getting to know about your past experiences so we can craft a process that will work for you now.

FUNNEL PROCESS: Ensuring that you find the right home and, at the same time, making sure you don’t miss anything or pay too much.

WHAT AND WHY: What you want in a house and why you want it.

FINANCES: Helping you determine which avenue to home ownership is the best for you.

WHEN WE FIND IT WHAT WILL WE DO?

Buyer Case Study

Rachael & Ryan. While the majority of my business comes from word of mouth referrals, Rachael & Ryan found me through an internet search. Rachael reached out to me in March of this year, wanting to discuss the possibility of buying a home in Eugene where she and Ryan could live while she started a PhD program at the University of Oregon. The three of us met several times, some in person, some virtually, and built our strategy and search criteria. Rachael & Ryan hunted online diligently and I acted as their boots on the ground when they found a place that checked their boxes.

In June, they became homeowners for the very first time! Just yesterday I got a text message update with pictures showing the progress of the painting they have started doing on their new home.
