The current average sale price of $482,900 is above the average for the last 2 years and 4.8% higher than January
2024.
34.1% more closed sales than January 2024 is eye opening, especially coupled with a 20.1% increase in new listings!

In a fantastic, small-world turn of events I got connected with Jessica Bonin – a former high school classmate – when I was looking for an accountant at the beginning of my real estate career.

On a Personal Note…
I’ve been noodling around on the guitar a lot this winter and the kids have started to take an interest. Joe asked when he would get his own guitar? We ordered him a Loog and it arrived yesterday. He’s learned the names of all 3 strings and how to play his first chord! If your kids want to learn how to play guitar I think Loog has developed a wonderful pathway for kids to be introduced to it
Yes, we have a gymnastics bar in our TV Room, don’t you? Julia started pulling herself up on it and swinging the other day. Pretty impressive for a 19-monther!
There’s nothing better than watching your kids explore, learn, grow and have fun.
Lindsay has been producing a knitting pattern – in all her spare time. It’s close to completion, currently in the hands of the tech editor and will be available to purchase by March 20th. It’s a children’s cardigan that she’s made several versions of for the kids as she worked out the details. She’s put so much thought into this project. I’m really proud of her!
